5.  Shipping and Delivery

• WeSort ships within India. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
• Shipping Charges: Fees are calculated based on the delivery location and order value. Any additional charges, such as customs duties, are the customer's responsibility.
• Delivery Responsibility: You must provide accurate shipping details. WeSort is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
• Re-Delivery Charges: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive, re-delivery charges may apply.

 

6.  Exchanges

• Exchange Period: Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchange Conditions: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Same Price Range: Exchanges are allowed only for products within the same price range as the original purchase.
• Exchange Process: Contact wesort.in@gmail.com with your order details to initiate an exchange. If the requested product is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
• No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges are the only resolution provided.

 

7.  Product Authenticity and Warranty

We guarantee that all products are 100% authentic, sourced directly from authorized distributors or manufacturers.

 

8.  Use of the Website
