Shipping Coverage & Delivery Timeline

We currently ship within India only. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
- We strive to process and dispatch all orders at the earliest. However, delivery times may vary based on the destination, logistics partner efficiency, and other external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and order value. The applicable shipping cost will be reflected at checkout before order confirmation.
- In some cases, additional charges such as local taxes, duties, or courier surcharges may apply, and the customer will be responsible for covering these costs.
Delivery Responsibility & Address Accuracy
- Customers are required to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.

WeSort will not be responsible for delays, non-delivery, or loss of a shipment due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost.
Exchange Policy
WeSort does not accept returns. However, we offer an exchange policy under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Exchange

Customers may initiate an exchange request within 7 days of receiving their order.
- Products must be in unused, undamaged condition, with all tags intact and in original WeSort packaging along with the product’s original packaging.

The exchange is applicable only for products of the same price range as the original purchase.
- Sale or discounted items cannot be included in this price range and are not eligible for exchange.
Products Excluded from Exchange
The following items cannot be exchanged:

- Resale items
- Accessories, except for bottles and bags
Initiating an Exchange

To request an exchange, customers must contact us at wesort.in@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving their order.
- After verification, customers will be guided through the exchange process, including instructions on shipping the product back to us.
- The cost of return shipping for exchanges must be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered or a defective product).
We reserve the right to reject an exchange request if the returned product does not meet the above criteria.
