Cancellation Policy

Most orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of payment unless marked as "Final Sale" or stated otherwise. No other request for cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations are also subject to a 30% fee.

Refund Policy

We generally do not issue refunds. However, in exceptional cases where there is an error on our end, a refund may be provided. Refunds are processed through our payment processor and the timeline for the amount to reflect depends on their processing. On average, this takes 3–7 business days.
