Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from official brand distributors or authorized sellers. We do not deal in replicas or counterfeit goods.

We currently ship across India. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

We accept payments through UPI and digital wallets.

We do not accept returns. However, we offer an exchange policy under specific conditions. Please refer to our Shipping & Exchange Policy for more details.

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Exchanges are valid only within the same price range as the original purchase.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Certain categories such as resale items and accessories (except bottles and bags) are excluded from exchanges.

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please email us at wesort.in@gmail.com with clear images of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your request and provide further assistance.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to track your shipment in real-time.

Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed as processing begins immediately. However, you can contact us at wesort.in@gmail.com at the earliest, and we will assist if possible.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery charges will apply. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
